Arizona Diamondbacks – One Of The Finest Squads In The League

With many sports being played in the United States, one that is most famous amongst their culture is baseball. One of the largest areas of America; Phoenix, Arizona is known to have one of the most popular teams in baseball. The team is known as the Arizona Diamondbacks. Having already won a World Series title in the year 2001, they have already received a nickname from the fans known as the D-backs.

One of the main reasons behind why the Arizona Diamondbacks are so popular amongst fans in America is due to the fact that they are one of the fastest teams to win a championship. They were able to achieve this status after four years of becoming part of the major league. Other titles that the Arizona Diamondbacks have won include the World Series title. This was won four times in the year 2007, 2002, 2001 and 1999. The person in charge for the team at the current moment in time is Kirk Gibson.

Out of all the kits that the Arizona Diamondbacks have, the most popular amongst the fans is the home kit. The home it is a white trousers and a white top. This is accompanied by a contrast of red that can be found in both the hat and socks. The only difference in the away kit for the Arizona Diamondback is that the trouser and shirt are gray in color. There are two other alternative kits that the team has as well.

In comparison to other baseball teams, the logo for the Arizona Diamondback is quite different. The logo is made of a standard “A” letter with the name of the team underneath it. What makes the logo of the Arizona Diamondback unique and interesting from other baseball teams is the design that it has to offer. Their attitude of “Anybody, Anytime” has seen the Arizona Diamondback achieve a lot of success in the baseball game.

With there being quite a large number of stars in the current D-backs baseball team, there are those that have also passed into retirement. The two most famous players that were ever known to play for the Arizona Diamondbacks include number 42, Jackie Robinson and number 20, Luis Gonzalez.

If we take a closer look at some of the players in the team today, the ones that are known to stand out the most include Miguel Montero, Bobby Crosby and Barry Enright. Even though there are many other players in the team, these are the three that are most famous amongst the fans.

Looking at Bobby Crosby in more depth, one can see that he received an award for the best rookie in the year 2004. This was after signing up to the MLB and having his first debut with the Oakland Athletics in 2003. Bobby is currently an infielder for the D-backs. He currently holds a strong battering average of 0.237 with 62 home runs.

If you are looking on getting hold of the famous Arizona Diamondbacks game kit, the best place to look is on the official D-backs website. They allow you to custom print your name as well.
