How can I build a small hot air balloon that can float to a ceiling?

I have a Science Fair coming up at Auburn University,and I am going to build a hot air balloon from scratch.There will be many teams,and most of my team will be at my house to work on our project.It’s very complected, and i need an idea.If you have any ideas that could “WOW” very tough judges,please answer below.
